Repair the Historic Empress Theatre

Tax deductible

As many of you know, on March 18th, 2020 a 5.7 magnitude earthquake happened with an epicentre 3  miles from the historic Empress Theatre.  The structure was severely damaged and is in need of repair before anything will be able to continue at the Empress.  We are committed to repairing and reopening the theatre, we need your help to be successful.

We are trying to raise money to help with the cost of repairing the damage done to the building.  This building is listed on the National Charter for Historic Places and sits in the heart of Historic Magna Main Street.

We have not been allowed in the building to asses the damage to our props or costumes and other physical things and this amount is a jumping-off point.  As we get more information on the repairs needed, we will update accordingly.

Please help us in getting the repairs made to this wonderful, historic building.
