Repair the Fjalla Church
On June 9, 2017, a devastating hail and wind storm severely damaged the Fjallakirkja Lutheran church in rural Milton, North Dakota. The church was originally founded by Icelandic pioneers in the late 1880's and has been maintained in its original state by volunteers. The church is an important monument in the Icelandic American community. Money raised will be managed and used by the volunteer board to make repairs to the siding.
