Repair Stolen Truck

I need help for my parents. My parents truck was stolen then found within 24 hours. But it has $4000 in damage. My parents are both on social security and cannot afford to pay for the damage.
My mother is a breast cancer survivor and now has bone cancer . Once it spreads into her spine it will spread into her brain and well I'm not ready for that.
My parents were getting ready to come to Oregon to see their grandchildren and great grandchild for the first and last Time.
If anyone has it in there heart to help it would be such a great blessing!
