Hey y’all I know she might be upset for me doing this, but I wanted to make a go fund me for our very own special meat, Katie Ballou. You may know her as her as the Flying V - Guitar wielding, punk rock babe. Playing in such bands as Special Meat and Torture Garden. She’s a meatball making Italian mama. Katie is a shinning star in our community, rolling around everywhere on her scooter supporting local shops and pop ups. Working as a baker and bartender, plus numerous other odd jobs. She’s there for her friends what ever they need. Unfortunately, our star has been dimmed this last month, Katie was one of the many people that caught covid during creepy fest, thankfully she was able to pull through it at home ALONE with support and people checking on her and dropping supplies on the stoop. She has been isolated and unable to work. Once finally out of quarantine and with confirmed negative results, she graced us with her presence at the rock pile pool party. That night on her way home (she was sober) she was HIT and RUN by a drunk driver going the wrong way down a one way in the bywater. They left her there on the ground, no accountability and no insurance to bill. Thankfully she survived that as well although suffering a concussion, cuts, and bruises. The Scooter however her only means of transportation is in need of repair!!!!

Out of work for a month and now no whip to even get around!
