Trying to help my elderly mother (73) who takes care of my elderly special needs sister (55) with cerebral palsy. The roof on her 40-year-old home is in disrepair. It’s paid for, but she doesn’t have, nor can she afford, homeowners insurance. She severely hurt herself trying to fix it already. You can see the tarp she put on the roof to temporarily fix this problem. We have bought a majority of the shingles needed to replace the current ones, but there is so much more that needs to be purchased before the process of repair can begin. I live 800 miles away , & I don’t know what else to do. Thanks in advance!
