Repair Pawsitive Purrfection's Home

I have considered Tim and Megan family since they started to watch my dog, Kevin three years ago, through their business, Pawsitive Purrfection! They are truly is Fairy Dogparents and I was devastated when I heard the news about their home, aka Kevin's second home!

On Sunday October 15th at 1:30pm, Tim & Megan heard a loud bang outside their front door. It almost sounded like a bomb! They looked out our window and 10 feet to their left was a car, which had crashed into their house!! They ran outside and a man woke up and climbed out from underneath the deployed airbags. He had no idea what happened.

After the Fire Department and County Sheriff's Office arrived, they came to the conclusion that the man was drunk. He failed a sobriety test in their driveway and he was arrested and taken away. This individual had no insurance, not even a valid drivers license.

Unfortunately, since he has no insurance this falls on their Homeowner's Insurance. They had just raised their deductible to help negate insurance premiums rising along with property taxes increasing by 10%. Raising their deductible wasn’t something they did on a whim. They've sold insurance in the past and never once made a claim in over 10 years of being a homeowner, so they figured they would be safe to raise it. Sadly, they never would have thought an uninsured motorist would hit our house that’s 30 yards from the road he was traveling.

Since their insurance does not cover the deductible, they are paying $7,500 for something that was completely out of their hands.

Their home is truly a sanctuary for dogs to play and Megan and Tim do such a phenomenal job, loving on each dog as if they were their own. If you can spare any sort of donation, that will allow them to get their house/Pawsitive Purrfection back in tip top shape!
