Repair home gas and water lines for elder

I am 77 years old. My home is a 1979 mobile home that I bought for $3000, 5 years ago. They had just dropped the price that day. Photo of it is currently painted on the outside by my friend Jerry Garcia.. I don't live large, but it is my home and my happy place. A WW11 veteran lived there and created many built ins that are beautiful. I have been off work for 3 years, living on $1100 a month social security a month. I had to have shoulder surgery, surgery , for colon cancer and I currently have 6 compression fractures in my back which make it hard to walk. We found the gas leak and a small water leak when Jerry painted it. I have no heat or hot water and my cook stove is gas. I have been on every repair list here in tucson that helps with the cost of repairs since last September. To many people needing help and to little money. Anything donated would be appreciated.
