The VFW Post 1240 has been closed due to the Corona Virus since March 16th, 2020.  We plan to reopen with SafeServe certifications by Christmas, but need your  help.

There are Four Veterans groups represented in the building at 8 Pine St. Swampscott, MA.  American Legion (AL), Disabled American Veterans (DAV), Marine Corps League (MCL) and the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW). Our veterans all raised their right hands and signed a blank check with their lives for God and Country, and they need their home back.  

Bills have been growing with no relief in sight. This private, non- profit post has given back to the community for ages, but cannot do so when shut down.
