I've made this gofundme for a friend who wishes to remain anonymous: Her mother needs help after mental reduced work hours (due to Covid). Her mother is also battling mental health issues and this entire situation has triggered her to have many episodes. They are now 3 months behind in rent and the only thing protecting the family from being evicted is the CDC Moratorium, which is set to expire Dec. 31, 2020. The family has attempted to make partial payments but the landlord is being predatory and is only interested in attaching more fees. The photo attached is the eviction notice the family was served.
