A lot of you won't know as I've kept it under wraps but I was made unemployed at the end of June. Between my kidney failure and loss of eyesight I am finding it incredibly hard to get work, I have applied for PIP but have yet to receive my assessment results. My first lot of universal credit won't be paid until 1 August which is too late. I have gone through all other means of acquiring a loan including discretionary housing fund but all will take too long. I wouldn't normally do this but anything you can spare will help keep us housed for another month and would be greatly appreciated.
