Help Build Renfrew FC’s New Grandstand

With our recent SFA Licence achievement, we now have the opportunity to apply for SFA Stadium Funding this September. If our application is successful, the SFA could match the amount we have already raised towards our new grandstand project.

Time is of the essence. New league stadium requirements mean we need to provide additional covered areas and a minimum of 100 covered seats for spectators. These requirements will apply in the Lowland League West and are likely to spread through other leagues in the next few years.

The need is already being felt. This season, our Renfrew FC Senior Ladies will have to play their SWFPL2 home matches at Clydebank because New Western Park does not currently have the required 100 covered seats.

We have already received a number of generous pledges, and now we need to turn those into funds in the bank before the SFA grant application opens. We’re also working with our affiliated clubs and community groups, who are being invited to play their part in helping us raise the funds needed to make this project a reality.
