RenFaire Nightmare Legal Fund

Hello. Many of you in the Faire community are aware of the circumstances surrounding a Faire recently hosted in Southeast Texas, that had multiple issues and complaints spanning not just from the recent event, but from many in years past. We are the owners of the property and we are being sued by the owner of the Faire now for defamation of character. This fund raising effort is being set up to help us with attorney fees and court costs. He is seeking restitution in the amount of $1,000,000 plus costs incurred- this would devastate our family and bankrupt us. Many of you know Roy is disabled due to a massive heart attack in 2017, Kristin is a teacher. We leased the property to literally make ends meet, and there is now a restraining order against us from leasing the property until the court case is resolved- thats a huge chunk of our families income. We have 20 days to respond- and nothing for an attorney. We are literally begging for your help and support.

Any monies received and not used for legal purposes pertaining to this case will first be shared with any subsequent parties whom may be sued by this person, and any remaining funds will go to the Renaissance Catastrophic Emergency Foundation, Inc.
