Renee's journey through renal cell carcinoma

My name is Emma, I have set up this go fund me for my life long friend Renee and her two children .

Renee is a incredibly caring, hard working single mother of two amazing children, jake 20 and jacinta 17

To say this family isn't already suffering would be a servere undstatement.

At aged 10 jake was diagnosed with chronic myeloid leukemia ( blood cancer ) and currently still undertaking daily oral chemotherapy, regular oncology , gastro and cardio appointments. Renee with support of family and friends did many fund-raising and bone marrow registry awareness events to support others in need whist saving lives.

Its with a broken heart that now our beautiful Renee and her kids are having to face another awful battle against cancer , Renee was recently diagnosed with renal cell carcinoma , resulting in having to remove her right kidney in April this year, await results following .. I can't imagine what her and the kids must be going through, as a part time solo income earner , carer for jake and currently having to stop work due to the pain she is in and ongoing appointments I have set this page up to assist / relieve renee with the stress of everyday life expenses.

Renee has kept this diagnosis between her family and was reluctant to tell anyone or ask for help.

Regardless of the prognosis I know this family deserves and needs a break from life, donations of any amount will be sincerely appreciated, lets band together and relieve the financial pressures ,help get ahead in mortgage repayments, general life expenses, so Renee jake and jacinta can manage this shitty situation as positively as possible and focus on what's important , beating this #kn thing!! Renee this must feel like a, lonely mental /emotional and physical battle, I like most couldn't imagine, what I do know is you will beat this, recover and celebrate jacintas 18th this may and jakes 21st in September and have a lifetime of memories with your incredible kid's, you've got this babe, we all love you so very much and I'm sure many hearts are breaking for you and our babies..
