In Loving Memory of Renee Romanski

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our mother and life partner, Renee Romanski.

Renee battled Crohn's and Epilepsy Disease for years, which led to many life-threatening health issues. In August of 2022, she suffered a massive stroke that affected her ability to speak and use her basic mobility. She spent the last three years in and out of the hospital, accruing various medical bills, while undergoing extensive therapy.

In May of this year, while being treated for what we thought would be a short stay in the hospital, things took a turn for the worse. She unexpectedly suffered another massive stroke which this time, caused even more extensive damage, including multiple blood clots surrounding her heart and paralysis on her entire left side.

On Sunday, May 25th, we were faced with the heartbreaking decision to remove her from life support and let her pass peacefully.

Renee's health battle was not only emotionally and physically draining, but also financially challenging for our family. Her passing has left us with immense grief, as well as the burden of handling funeral expenses during an already overwhelming time.

Due to the extent of her medical care in her final years, we are left with very limited resources to give her the proper farewell she deserves. We are asking for support to help cover her funeral expenses. Any donation — no matter the size — will make a meaningful difference and help us through this difficult process.
