Hello everyone!
As many of you know, I have been a College Coach for 14 years, High School Coach for 3 years, and been involved in ministry with Fellowship of Christian Athletes and multiple churches throughout Illinois, North Carolina, South Carolina, Colorado, and currently Florida. I believe God is calling me into two new projects and I am hoping you can partner with me.
WHY?

Having been a college coach at the highest levels, coached 3 All-Americans, achieved Regional Championships and Elite Eight, as well as receiving Coach of the Year honors, I feel like my greatest accomplishments of coaching the past 14 years isn't about what you do on the field. It's the mentoring and impact you leave on future generations and I am looking to expand my sphere of influence through the platform of sports.
Please understand my heart in these projects: I would like to leave this world a better place and I believe God has gifted me in speaking, supporting fellow teachers and coaches, leadership development, and mentoring young women. I would like to use this further training and with these projects to leave this world a better place.
THE PROJECTS:
I believe God is calling me to speak to larger audiences in Leadership Development, Character Development, Sports Ministry (#kayleestrong movement) and the College Recruiting Process. The past few summers, I have had the priviledge of speaking to various youth groups (350+ kids at one event last summer) and high school, college, and professional coaches (200+ at one event) through FCA. I would like to take these talks to a new level and am looking to get further training for consulting and coaching speaking engagements.
I have become certified with The John Maxwell Team and Jon Gordon Companies. These companies allow me to speak on leadership development, confidence building, creating positive cultures, and overall personal and team growth strategies.
I am willing to come speak to your group for free with a donation of over $500(if you live within Florida) or $750 (outside of Florida).
My second project that I am the author of an upcoming book titled Looking for a FULL RIDE? An Insider's Recruiting Guide.

The target audience is for high school students, parents, coaches, and academic counselors. I hope to help parents and students understand the timelines and process of being identified as a prospective student-athlete. This would allow me also to go into secular settings and create relationships to eventually return with presentations for the Leadership and Character Development and Sports Ministry presentations. I will be attending a Publishing Seminar the first weekend in March to fully be trained in this process. The process of getting this project up and running (writing, publishing, website development, marketing, etc) will be about $8000. Anyone who donates over $75 will receive a free copy of my book and again, I am willing to do free speaking engagements for donations over $500 (in Florida) or $750 (outside of Florida) after this project is completed.
Eventually, in partnership with a few colleagues, I would like to create Sports Leadership Institutes for High School and College age women and use it as a Sports Missions field. I feel like every part of my career (coaching experience, Masters in Exercise Sport Science with a concentration in Sports Management, teaching in elementary schools, higher education, running sold out camps for 6 years, sports ministry trips, and multiple recruiting presentations) has prepared me to take these next steps.
Would you prayerfully consider partnering with me to help me in fundraising about $8000 to get these
projects going? I have done the math- if I could get 160 people to donate $50+, I could complete these projects in the next few months while I have some downtime. If you can't donate, would you mind passing it on to someone else who might be able and willing to contribute?
