Renee has been fighting Lyme Disease for many years, undiagnosed. She recently had to undergo treatment, which was very costly and has ongoing treatments to continue the healing process. She and her family have had significant medical costs associated with this. Please join us in helping Renee heal and showing visible love to her and her family by making a donation in support of her.

Lyme Everything Looks okay, BUT You Are Not Okay....
My sister wanted me to open up about my symptoms and the reality even more than I have. For everyone this is different, but there are usually some common similarities, but this'll help you know what I've been through and to know if you should get tested for Lyme disease before you get into late stage Chronic Neurological Lyme Disease Stage 3---that's the name, but let's just call it adversity and strip the titles off bc we all face adversity and we can overcome it too
Started w neuro issues early as kid/ teenager - depression/Add/anxiety/ocd --got sick often--headaches--developed severe go to the ER a lot level of Hypoglycemia---Tachycardia---Tremors--shaky--weakness---turned into Severe Chronic Fatigue (even while being a pro dancer)---Derealization where you don't know you're real all day long or that your surroundings are real... very common in neurological Lyme...that's the symptom that made sense to me that this has to be what I have---IBS type stuff... also common--digestive issues---candida--leaky gut---severe head pain where you can pass out, shake in a fetal position, cry, or some throw up---tired all the time---lose your personality pretty much--hallucinations---Suicidal thoughts---seizures--episodes where it feels like breathing is like sucking air through a straw--sweats--often cold--liver and lymph don't detox how they should.. Severe neck pain---Fibroids--endometriosis--Thyroid issues--Chronic pain---Hormonal imbalance. * this is what I can think of for me personally. These start off small and you just keep developing issue after issue through the years. It becomes autoimmune in Chronic stages. I'm a fighter and just kept dealing with issues and going to the ER and had a hospital stay for 8 days where they tried to figure it all out, but couldn't. They never tested for Lyme. It's very scary in late stages and you feel like you will die during certain episodes of it. So, get a test if you feel you're looking for answers and this could be it or you deal w Depression. SUPPORT FROM FRIENDS AND FAMILY IS HUGE You're stronger than they know and Stronger than you know.
