My sister Renee Shaffer was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. She is currently working full time, at a wonderful small family business, but they do not provide health insurance. The financial cost for treatment will certainly take a toll on her family. As a recent survivor myself, I want her to ONLY focus on her FIGHT.... not money. EDIT: Renee was diagnosed with Triple Positive Invasive Ductal Carcinoma. She will be undergoing chemo, surgery and radiation through St. Joseph Trinity Health in Ann Arbor. Treatment time frame is likely to be one year.
