Renee Carlisle medical travel expenses

Hello all! My mother Renee Carlisle has recently been diagnosed with colon cancer. We came down to Anchorage on March 4, 2024 for surgery to remove the tumor in her large intestine, figure out what stage the cancer is in, and if it has spread anywhere else in her body. The surgery of her large intestine was successful, but 2 days later an emergency surgery was done to remove the rest of her large intestine as it was dying off. My mom was admitted into the hospital until March 15, and we have been attending follow up appointments since than. We are waiting for results and a medical plan moving forward. My mom is recovering well in the meantime. Both my mom's boyfriend and I have not been able to work since March 4. We don't know when we will be home.

The proceeds of this fundraiser will go to any supplies we will need for after care treatment and rent and bill expenses for my mom (and boyfriend) and I.
