Renee & Bowden’s home flooded in Waverly, TN

Renee Smith Bowman , my cousin, best friend and one of the most kind hearted people I know, house was flooded today. Her elderly mother who is on hospice has been living with Renee. In a few moments with little notice Renee and her husband had to get her mother out of bed and to a higher level as feet of water rushed into her home. I can only imagine the stress Renee was feeling. The family is safe but house will need months of work to be livable. Hopefully insurance and FEMA will help with this disaster. In the meantime I am asking for small donations to help replace their immediate needs.
