Help Renee and Greg - Lake Bonavista House Fire

Hi, my name is Cheryl and I am fundraising for Rene Lemieux Price and her husband Greg Price as their home was destroyed in a fire on Lake Arrow Green on March 2. They were able to get out of the home but their dog Claire was killed in the fire.

For those that don’t know them, Renee was the woman to spearheaded the SOAR (Speak Out Against Racism) Indigenous Learning Weekend in Lake Bonavista in August 2021. Many Lake Bonavista residents came out to learn, share stories, watch the mini Pow Wow, sleep in tee pees that were set up at Andrew Sibbald field.

We know Lake Bonavista is the best place to live…now a family needs our help to deal with this tragedy.
