In the early hours of Sunday, Nov. 5 a senseless tragedy shook our family's foundation to its core, taking out a piece of each of our hearts. 

3-year-old Rene Blancas Jr. was taken from us to be with our Lord. He was a sweetheart who loved baseball, his new school and his family. You could count on him to light up a room with his infectious smile. 

He leaves behind a big family including his parents, Rene and Melanie Blancas, along with baby sister and grandparents and numerous tias, tios and cousins. He was loved by all and will always be in our hearts.

We are still in a state of shock and we ask everyone for their continued prayers during this grieving process. 
We're also asking our extended family and friends to help Rene and Melanie. As you may know, expenses run high (medical expenses, funeral costs, leave of absence from work, etc.) Your donation will help them in the coming weeks. Any amount is appreciated. 

We may have lost baby Rene, but we've gained another angel.
