Support Rene Ajcá's Family in Their Time of Loss

Donation protected
Hello friends and family, my name is Bianca Torres Ajcá, and I truly appreciate you taking a moment to read my father in laws, Rene Ajcá, story.
On May 18, 2025, Rene Ajcá, a beloved husband, father, brother, uncle, grandfather, and great grandfather lost his battle to Pulmonary Fibrosis (non-smoker) at the age of 68, leaving behind his wife, his five children along with his eight grandchildren and his great granddaughter, who miss him deeply. Rene fought hard against this Illness for over two years. An illness that consisted of numerous Emergency Room visits, hospitalizations, many doctor visits, various medications, and many treatment options that were attempted. Up to his last breath, Rene demonstrated the love he had for his family by staring directly into his family members eyes and smiling at them with so much peace and love, given that this was his only way of communicating, due to the progression of his illness. Rene was a kind and loyal person, he was outgoing, funny, giving, and loving.
René was born in Guatemala and grew up with both his parents and his 12 siblings. At a young age he began working to help provide the basic necessities for his family. Since then, he’s been an honorable working person. As an adult, Rene enjoyed spending time with his family, drinking coffee, making people laugh, working on his cars, going to the swapmeet on the weekends, and eating Chinese food. Rene also cared for his animal, such as chickens, ducks, geese, rabbits, and his dogs. Rene was the type of person that could be contacted at 2am for a favor and without hesitation he would be there for the person in need. He never complained when it came to helping those in need, in fact, he always put others before himself.
No one is ever prepared to lose a beloved one, and in this case the family was hoping René would have returned home to continue fighting against this illness, but unfortunately this was not the case. Rene’s family will be working a fundraiser to raise money to help pay for his funeral expenses, but in addition, René’s family is asking for donations that will be used towards his funeral expense, given that the current basic funeral expense has been quoted to be approximately $25,000-$30,000. So if you are able to donate towards René’s funeral expenses to help his family lay him to rest, they greatly appreciate your support. Your thoughts and prayers are greatly appreciated.
