We are saddened to share that my father, Renato unexpectedly passed away on Thursday, June 4th. He was an amazing husband, father, grandfather son, and immensely loved by all.

Renato was known for his charisma, his sense of urgency to help those around him, and love for life. He was a hardworking man and a provider to his family, his presence will be missed incredibly! We will always remember my father for his abundant heart and selfless acts. We will always remember his soft nature and horrific jokes that only he could recite. We will always remember.

Renato had fallen ill and required emergency surgery, unfortunately, due to the severity of his fast decline, Renato's body had become frail and passed shortly after his surgery which led to massive organ failure. We were blessed to have been by his side but saddened to see him go!

Due to the circumstances surrounding my father's unexpected death, we, the Paiva family needs assistance with the cost of making his last wish a reality. Donations will go directly to help with Renato's request to be buried along with the rest of his family members in Brazil.

A light has gone out of our lives, but our happy memories remain!
