Renato Fernandez Deportation

Help support the Fernandez family and aid in the process of the wrongful deportation of Renato Fernandez. Renato Fernandez is currently being held by ICE for deportation. Renato and his wife Iris have 5 beautiful children and have been married for nearly 20 years, while holding a green card, earning a honest income, paying taxes and being a essential memeber of our community. Renato was brought to the United States as a young child like many others for a brighter future and to live the American Dream. Renato has lived in the US for nearly his entire life and attended California public schools as young child. Renato started working as a teen and has been a very honest hardworking man to support his family since then. Renato and his wife moved to Arizona 10 years ago to grow and raise their family.
On Thursday June 8th, Renato attended his last hearning at DHS in Phoenix when he was placed under arrest and transported to Florence for deportation holding. Renato is currently awaiting for a judgment on bond before a final hearing on the deportation takes place. This is one of the reason a lawyer is extremely essential at this time and legal fees are piling up.
Renato is an outstanding member of the San Tan Valley AZ community and it will be a devistating loss for his family, loved ones and friends to have him deported to Mexico. Since Renato has not lived in Mexico since he was nearly a toddler, he is not familiar with the surroundings, laws or people and no place to go when deported.
We are asking for prayers, and financial support to maintain legal council and fight against this deportation. Renato is the primary provider for his family and carried medical insurance for his wife, children and new baby. With Renato currently encarserated the family needs help with legal fees, potential bond and help with montlhly expenses so Iris and the kids can help support Renato win the biggest fight of his life. If Renato is able to make bail he can continue to work and provide for his family while fighting against the deportation.
