In lieu of flowers, we would like to honor our Oma by giving back to the places that cared for her and supported our family during the most difficult time of our lives.

Oma battled Alzheimer’s, a disease that slowly took pieces of her memory but never her love, her warmth, or the incredible person she was. In her final days, she was cared for at the Theresa Dellar Palliative Care Residence, where the staff treated her — and all of us — with so much dignity, compassion, and love. We will never forget the kindness they showed our family.

We are raising money for the Alzheimer Society and the Theresa Dellar Palliative Care Residence so that other families can receive the same care, support, and compassion that we did.
