Hello. Thank you for taking the time to click on this campaign and allowing me the opportunity to tell you about José Antonio Gómez .

José Antonio, or Uncle Tony as we call him, was a civil worker for over 35 years. He enjoyed helping his community and fellow neighbors.  He's been happily married to his lovely wife Nereida for over 40 years and has three kids. He's a kind-hearted, selfless, full-of-energy man who has spent the majority of his life to help others in any way that he can., even if it meant giving away the money he had in his wallet.  He's always the life of the party...full of passion and charisma...you can't help but smile whenever Uncle Tony is around.

Uncle Tony lives in a Nicaragua that lacks modern medical care and his Diabetes was not properly managed. Sadly, his diabetes progressed to the point where his kidneys are severely compromised. 

His doctor say that his kidneys are obstructed and the ONLY option is surgery. Otherwise, it's only a matter of time before his kidneys fail.

Unfortunately, money is very tight at this time, as I'm sure is the case with many families throughout the world during these tough Coronavirus times.

I ask that if you have the means to donate anything at all...it would mean so much. I hope you can help us help Uncle Tony get the medical attention he needs so that he can have the opportunity to live longer with his family who loves him dearly.
