Renal Diet Switch after Successful Liver Xsplant

Hi, I'm Kris with a K, I recently had a successful liver transplant. Unfortunately, while my liver was in full failure, it put overdue stress on my kidneys, and I will now be required to maintain a strict Renal diabetic diet.

I am so excited for this opportunity at living a better life and have already begun exhaustively reading ingredient/nutrition labels and started to put together lists of recipes based on these restrictions. I am highly motivated to change my diet and all bad habits, and the excitement makes me consider all sorts of avenues for improvement!

What I need these funds for is equipment to cook and store my meal prep, get better ingredients meeting my restrictive renal requirements, as well as several pieces of vital sign tracking equipment to assist me in monitoring my condition
