Remy is a beloved furry family member who has been with me the past decade. She came into my life shortly after losing my first GSD, and she has been a source of light since. She is the biggest lovebug, giving everyone she meets kisses. She's always been full of life and energy. We've gone on so many adventures together, along with her fur-siblings, and Lord willing, we will have many more.
Remy is currently battling two forms of cancer.
One is visible, a growing bulge in her mouth/under her eye. We need to do a CT scan and biopsy ($4,672.12) to determine what cancer it is and what method of treatment ($TBD).
The other is very rare in dogs, thyroid cancer. This one is on both sides, making surgery extremely risky. The CT scan will also help determine if surgery is a possibility for this cancer mass; otherwise, she will need a specialized treatment of radioactive iodine. This treatment is $14,403.56.
Our first step is the CT scan to determine next steps. Any and every donation, share, and prayer is so greatly appreciated.
