Remove the Gate!

On March 11, we will ask the Iowa Supreme Court to hear our case to overturn the Iowa Appeals Court decision. Our legal fees will be $7500. Our attorney continues to bill us at a reduced rate. This request is our last chance to force Riverdale to remove its Gate.

 

We believe that the Supreme Court will review our case differently than did the Appeals Court.

 

Full disclosure. The Iowa Supreme Court hears a small percentage of appeals. It's possible that we may pay our legal fees, and the court won't hear our appeal.
