Many of you know about the wonderful and important work which Chad and Erika Loftis, along with their four awesome kids, are doing in Thailand and across South-East Asia. In addition to being the SIM media and communications director for SE Asia Chad also works many long hours as a clinical narrative therapist at 'The Well' a counselling centre in Chiang Mai. Meanwhile Erika holds down the home fort and pursues ministry in their community, often through her art.
Recently Chad and Erika's very old, very dalapidated, very tired car gave up the ghost. The car has been fixed innumerable times but it seems this time it is beyond repair. In order to continue with the ministry God has given them, the Loftises must have a reliable vehicle that can fit all six of them at once. This is not an easy feat in Thailand and unfortunately cars, even second-hand ones, are quite expensive. This is obviously an urgent need for the family but finding these kinds of funds will be difficult.
This is where we can come in! I am asking you, as their family, friends and community, if you would consider giving towards this need. Realistically they need at least $10,000 to buy a decent and reliable vehicle but we would love to raise even half of that to help them out.
NO amount of money is too small, every donation will be helpful in getting us towards our goal! If you have questions about any of this feel free to contact me and I will answer them as best I can.
Thank you so much in advance for your generosity and care! It is so appreciated by me and will be such a blessing to them!
