URGENT....Help Needed for one of our very own!!!!
VOLUNTEER Humane Police Officer Dina Royer-Perri has been hit hard with medical needs for her young rescue rotti Remi. Dina has dedicated her life to helping both people and animals. Spending her time fighting animal cruelty and neglect, being a voice for those who can't speak and helping those who can't help themselves. Dina gives so much of her life selflessly and now needs our support. On 12/5/2019 Remi had his first surgery totaling $3495.90 for a torn TPO. Not even one month later Remi has torn his TPO on the good leg, not even fully healed he is in immediate need for surgery on his other leg and now has a bill totaling just under $7,000. He cannot put any weight on his leg and needs to be put in a sling to go in and out of the house.
Dina will need to take a step back from volunteering on any new and upcoming cases to take care of her own family dog. I am reaching out to our friends, family and followers on behalf of the family to help raise funds for the second surgery as care credit is maxed and I know they will not ask on their own.
