My name is Misty and I’m creating this on behalf of my significant other to help contribute to the grueling financial burden it is to bury our son.

Rick and I have always stayed so positive while we go through such hard times with both of our boys battling Ataxia Telangiectasia, a horrible rare disease with no cure. We lost Zack yesterday morning. We are now faced with a huge financial burden in order to lay Zack to rest and by having a funeral service where all of his loved ones can gather to remember him and celebrate his life. Zackary Allen Dzieglewicz was born April 14, 2005, and passed June 1, 2025. He had just turned 20. He was born with Ataxia Telangiectasia, a rare disease with no cure. He was a happiest kid with the most kindness and loving soul.

His love of Monster Jam was out of this world. He never missed a show!

He loved to laugh and smile and showered people with 'I love yous' all day long.

He loved playing video games and Pokémon, Minecraft, Hot Wheels, and Monster Jam.

He was the best brother to his sisters Jaqueline and Madelynn and was best friends with his brothers Devin and Isaiah, who will miss him so much.

He is survived by his parents, Angela and Richard, his bonus parents Darold and Misty, and his siblings, brothers Devon, Isaiah and his sisters Madelynn and Jaqueline, all of whom loved him dearly.

Zack was the giggles in our day, the comfort when needed, and he gave the best hugs. We will all miss him ♥️
