On April 19,2019 Jacob and Ariel Sargent unexpectedly welcomed their twin baby boys into this world at just 23 weeks old .

Within 24 hours they received the devastating news that Wyatt was not going to make it , and they quickly needed to say their goodbyes .

Sunday April 21st, Seth went to be with his brother .

With both Jacob and Ariel out of work trying to rebuild their lives , hospital bills and Memorial funds are adding up.
