Celebrating the Life of William Maki

Dear Family and Friends,

It is with deep sorrow and immense love that we share the passing of William Maki on July 17th.

William was so much more than a beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend—he was an extraordinary human being whose presence lit up every room. His heart was open to all, and his passion for life, people, and animals left a lasting impact on everyone lucky enough to know him.

William lived with purpose, compassion, and strength. Through life’s many challenges, he showed unwavering resilience, kindness, and courage. His smile was contagious, his spirit unbreakable, and his ability to persevere inspired those around him to live life to the fullest.

In honor of William’s life and the many lives he touched, we are organizing a memorial to celebrate the beautiful person he was and to recognize, celebrate, and thank the individuals, communities, and organizations he cherished.
