Remembering Uncle Sue

Donation protected

We are heartbroken to hear the news about our Uncle Sue/Steve Chang.  Last week he had suffered a stroke and is on Life Support fighting for his life currently at St. John Hospital in Detroit.  As we all know, he’s the loving husband of Shoua Yang-Chang and father of 4 teens, Nicholas, Jasmine, Emily, and Ethan Chang.  Uncle Sue has been such a strong fighter just like his usual self.  Despite, the many Open Heart surgeries he endured back in 2017, along with the weekly Dialysis of Kidney failure, with many loving friends and family praying, he was able to stay with us until today, July 23 , 2020.

We think just like everyone else. We are not wanting to let him go at such an early age having to leave so soon but the Heavens are calling for their Angel.  As the oldest niece, my heart can only ache and ask for all to find it in your hearts to help him during this time when he’s unable to ask for support.  He’s one kind hearted individual to all.  I know that for a fact.  I’ve seen the many friends and family whom truly value and cherish his relationship.

Uncle Sue showed me lots.  He was a team player with his soccer team, “Rat Kat”. He played the drums in his band, “Nraug Cuas”, and if he sang, he’d sing “Black Magic Woman”.  He was very outgoing, he’d dress up as Zorro always at Halloween parties in the past.

Wherever we went, whether it was North Carolina, Wisconsin, Minnesota, to California, Uncle Sue always had a story to go with it with so many loved ones.  I loved hearing them.  As his niece, I’d like to ask all of you whom can relate to the memories you’ve all shared just as I have and help donate to support his family during this difficult time with occurred expenses.  Whether it’s a penny or 2, a prayer or many, we’ll forever remember your blessings, love and support.

Uncle Sue, May you RIP til We all can meet again. We will forever miss you.

Love,

Lisa & Lue Chang
