Tony Troy lost his life recently in a tragic work zone incident in Pennsylvania. A tractor trailer drove through the area where Tony was working, striking multiple vehicles and killing two employees of Allan Myers - Tony and his teammate, Joey.

Tony: aka Tony Montana, Tony Soprano, white chocolate, the enforcer, the right hand. Tony was older than the rest of the crew but he could work circles around anyone. He taught the whole flagging division how to pick and set pattern. Always took the new flaggers under his wing. He was from New York so he had that New York grit and drive. His jokes were always hilarious and his laugh was infectious. Tony was tough as nails but he had a soft heart. He was a vault. If you needed to talk out life with someone Tony was your guy. He loved basketball and could throw down on the court. He loved his wife and kids. He worked so hard for them. He was like our uncle out there. If I had the choice of a traffic crew he would be the first round draft pick no questions about it. He taught me a lot about work and about life. He took his job seriously and protecting us seriously. I will miss his giggle and whistles on the back of my truck when picking a pattern. Love you Tony. - Mal Williams
