In Loving Memory of Tony Estep
It’s hard to find the right words to capture just how much Tony Estep meant to me and to everyone who had the honor of knowing him. He was more than just my dad—he was my teacher, my role model, and one of the kindest souls I’ve ever known.
Tony was the kind of man who would give you the shirt off his back—literally. His generosity, warmth, and quiet strength touched countless lives. Whether you knew him as a father, a brother, a grandfather, or a friend, you knew that he would always show up with a helping hand and a big heart.
Some of my favorite memories with him are from when I took a mechanics class in high school—just to bond with him. He taught me everything I know about cars, and even more about patience, determination, and love. I’ll never forget the time he bought a purple tie just to match my prom dress for pictures. That simple gesture spoke volumes about who he was—thoughtful, selfless, and full of love.
His loss leaves a hole in our hearts that words can’t quite fill. I wish we had more time. But even in the sadness, I find gratitude—gratitude for the moments we shared, for the lessons he passed on, and for the love he gave so freely.
Tony will be missed so dearly. And if there’s one thing I hope everyone remembers, it’s how incredibly kind and compassionate he was. His legacy lives on in all of us who were lucky enough to be loved by him.
