Remembering Toby: A Celebration of Life

Hi, everyone. My name is Gretchen Manning, and it is with a very broken heart that I am announcing the passing of our beloved friend, Toby Santangelo, 65, of Palm Coast, F.L. (formerly of Staten Island), on April 17, 2025. Toby was a warm, loving, caring individual who will be missed greatly by all of those whose lives he touched over the years. We are asking for your kind donations in efforts to pay for cremation services and a Celebration of Life for Toby here in Palm Coast.
