Hi, everyone. My name is Gretchen Manning, and it is with a very broken heart that I am announcing the passing of our beloved friend, Toby Santangelo, 65, of Palm Coast, F.L. (formerly of Staten Island), on April 17, 2025. Toby was a warm, loving, caring individual who will be missed greatly by all of those whose lives he touched over the years.
