Remembering Tony Smith

Our beloved Tony, unexpectedly and tragically passed away at home on November 10th 2020. Leaving behind his much loved wife, Billie and their beautiful girls, Eva and Maya who were the light of Tony’s life. His family are devastated and utterly  heartbroken by his untimely loss, as are his many friends.
 
A passionate and talented architect, Tony was a company director at Lavigne Lonsdale in Truro, and had undertaken numerous architectural projects in the South West including Truro Health Park, the initial project that was responsible for his and his family’s relocation from Manchester to Cornwall 15 years ago.
 
If you knew Tony you’d know how much he touched the lives of everyone around him with his kindness, fun and positivity. Popular in the community, he was more than a ‘top bloke’ he was everyone’s friend with the biggest heart, cheekiest smile and infectious (and most often naughty) sense of humour. 
 
He will be sorely missed by so many people, and will sadly never see his daughters achieve those important milestones as they grow. 
 
In memory of Tony we are looking to raise funds to help secure his children’s future, and to make a financial contribution to the mental health charity, MIND. All donations will be gratefully received, as will any messages of support for his family.

As Tony’s sister, I have set up this fundraising page in his name and have been overwhelmed by the generosity of those whose lives Tony touched. The heart warming messages we continue to receive provide great comfort to us all as we come to terms with the loss of our wonderful Tony.
