Remembering Taylor and Byron Garrett
Donation protected
With profound sadness, we share the heart-wrenching news of the tragic loss of Taylor and Byron Garrett, two brothers whose lives were cut short in a senseless act of violence on July 20, 2025, at the gas station on Brooklyn and Truman Road in Kansas City, Missouri. The devastating event has left their loved ones in deep sorrow and grief. As the family navigates the immense task of arranging two funerals, they also seek justice for the brutal killing and heinous crime that took the lives of two unarmed men. We ask for the community's support in raising awareness, seeking truth, and justice for the brothers by helping with legal costs for justice and providing comfort during this dark time and difficult journey. Taylor and Byron were cherished brothers, sons, fathers, grandsons, uncles, nephews, cousins, and loyal friends to many. Their lives held immense value. Both brothers were overjoyed at the prospect of welcoming new additions to their family this fall and their absence will be deeply felt and will forever leave a void that will never be filled. Thank you for your kindness, prayers, and for holding this family in your heart and thoughts.
Sincerely,
Alfred Green Jr. (Father)
