Hello everyone,

I hope you are all well and healthy.

I am reaching out to you for your help. The most lovely and kind family that lives across the street from my parent's home just lost their 12-year-old little boy, Faris, this past weekend.

Faris was born with 2 heart valves instead of 4 and was in the ICU for the first months of his life. In the photos below, he was meeting the mother that donated her daughter's organs after she passed away at 9 months old. Faris was given her heart ♥️  (**see heartbreaking article below).

Faris was also autistic. He has 3 older brothers - 2 of which that have autism as well. They are the kindest, most lovely young men with parents Siham and Khalid Samara that truly have hearts of gold.

In January of this year (2021), they learned that Faris had cancer at the age of 12-years-old. He had been doing well with treatments; however, last week, his poor body went into cardiac arrest due to an infection, and his precious family had to say their goodbyes to him this weekend.

Their family has gathered every day this week and I was lucky to attend this evening's gathering. His amazing mother, Siham, has not been able to work throughout this horrific journey. In speaking with her tonight, she was already worried about how and when she would be able to return to work as she works as a special education aid helping children just like her own.

If there is any amount you can give to help them during this unimaginable time in their lives, I would be so incredibly grateful to you. I know I reach out often, but when my heart bleeds for families, I have to try and I have the most incredible friends and family in the world that are always able to help.
