This is something that I wish I never had to do. My best friend Stacey became a beautiful angel today, leaving behind her precious children and husband. Stacey was the best mom, wife, sister, daughter, granddaughter and friend. Stacey had the kindest heart and would always be there to help anyone. Stacey was the strongest woman I have ever met. Struggling from such a young with type one diabetes. In 2016, she had a pancreas transplant in hopes that she could someday live a normal life. Unfortunately God had other plans. After her pancreas transplant her kidneys started failing and she has been on oxygen and dialysis for awhile. No matter what she has been through she was always there doing an amazing job for her children. Stacey had 4 children of her own Carmen, Mariah, Bridgette, and Ryder. Along with her step children who she loved as her own, Destiny, DJ, Doug Jr, Jayden, and McKayla. Stacey will be sooooo missed by so many. Life is definitely going to be difficult without her here with us.
