Remembering Shirley Walker Thomas

Shirley Walker-Thomas, wife, mother, coworker, and friend. Shirley will always be remembered as a strong, determined, loving woman that always put a smile on your face. Shirley Walker-Thomas worked at Fifth Third Bank for over 40 years.  She was loved by all her coworkers and clients at Fifth Third Bank. She made great memories with every single customer and could remember specific stories and facts about the clients years later. If she hadn't see a customer in years she would pick up the conversation as if no time had passed. Her clients would tell us about how long they had known Shirley and how they would follow her to whatever branch she was at. "I only trust and work with Shirley. She never steers me wrong."  Shirley was always willing to step up to any challenge that came her way which allowed her to be the rock at the branch.  She had a fun sense of humor and always knew how to make everyone laugh. Most importantly, Shirley always looked out for everyone she interacted with like family.

Shirley Walker-Thomas brightened the world around her and made a difference in so many people's lives.
