Remembering Sebastian Siemaszko

Dear Friends,

I am writing to you today on behalf of the Siemazko family to let you know about the sudden loss of Sebastian Siemazko.

We are absolutely devastated by Sebastian’s passing and the Siemazko Family is working out the best route for memorialization. Initial estimates hover around $8,000.00 USD which would include costs of Cremation, Funeral Service, Transport to Poland to be laid to rest with his Mother and Grandmother, and a Headstone Inscription.

These unfortunate and inevitable costs will be clarified more as we work through this difficult time.

We will be updating this page as we gather more information about Sebastian's memorialization.
