We are heartbroken to share the tragic loss of our dear friend Scott, who was taken from us far too soon at just 36 years old—two days after Thanksgiving.

He leaves behind his loving, devoted wife and six beautiful children, who were the center of his world.

Along with his love for his family, Scott was a dedicated and accomplished powerlifter who had just started to make a name for himself in the past few years within the powerlifting community.

Beyond his own accomplishments on the platform, Scott was deeply committed to growing the sport he loved. As the Arizona State Chairman for both the SPF and APF powerlifting federations, he worked tirelessly to raise standards, support lifters, and move the powerlifting community forward with integrity and passion. His impact reached far beyond records—he built people up and created opportunities for others to succeed.

Outside of lifting, he was a local businessman who supported his community. A great friend who often spent time on his motorcycle, riding around town and enjoying life.
