Hi Everyone,

Last weekend, we tragically and suddenly lost a member of our HomeServe family, Santiago Malagon.

Santiago started in his role as a Repair Management Coordinator with us in April of 2022, and was never quiet about his love of HomeServe. He was his team’s resident Spanish Speaking agent, working day in and day out to coordinate repairs for our Spanish speaking customers in need. According to Santiago’s supervisor, he had a strong worth ethic and was a standout in his training class. He served our country as a former US Marine and enjoyed flying planes in his spare time as a licensed pilot. Santiago leaves behind a son, Santiago Jr., and two sisters, Yvette and Melissa.

We’re launching a Helping Hands GoFundMe Campaign to assist Santiago’s family with funeral costs during this difficult time, and the HomeServe Cares Foundation will match all employee donations at 100% through Friday, Sept. 8.
