Remembering Ron with Dignity and Love

My name is Sadie Oliver and Ronald Benjamin Hecox is my best friend. Anyone who knew Ron was a friend. His bubbly personality and brightness could outshine the darkest room. I am realizing how many lives he has truly touched throughout his life seeing you all come together with your outpouring of stories and pictures. The time and love he showered his loved ones with was his gift to all of us. To the world.

We want to make sure that our beloved Ron is taken care of with the dignity and respect he so deserved, and it will take time and some of our collected resources to make this happen. Ideally we would like to host a Celebration of life for him in both San Francisco and the Irish Hills, the places he called home, so we all get the chance to collect and reminisce our memories of him.

These funds will help in providing with a way to get to California, help collect his belongings, and take our boy home. Any remaining funds will be later allocated to a charity or donated appropriately.
