My cousin, Romeo Jesus Martinez, was someone who brought light and laughter to everyone around him. He was always in a good mood, ready to help others, and known for his goofy, fun personality. Romeo touched the lives of so many people in our city, and he will be remembered for his kindness and the joy he brought to those who knew him.
