Remembering Robert L. Grass I

On June 6th, 2020, we lost Bob Grass, aka Bob, Dad, Poppy. From fathering six kids and step-dad-ing three more to having over 40 grand and great-grandchildren whom he loved and supported unconditionally, Robert L. Grass the first, was warm, joyful, creative, loving, and funny. What some might not know was that he had a quiet love of music. Although he didn't enjoy the piano lessons he was forced to endure as a child, he did develop a love of the trumpet which he loved to play during his school days.

To honor our dad and his love of both children and music, we are establishing this fundraiser to support his local school district's music program. We hope to raise enough money to purchase two trumpets for use by kids who can't afford to rent or buy their own and to provide a little extra to support their music program at large. Please, join us in honoring our father and his two loves--music and children! 

The money will be donated to the William S. Hart School District in Santa Clarita where he lived and where many of his kids and grandkids attended school.
