Remembering Ricky B Mikel "Big Rick"

Ricky B. Mikel 34 years of age, “Big Rick” as his peers would refer to him, passed away on Thursday, Dec. 1, 2022. As his death has shaken up many, his Mother, Ms. Stephanie, finds solace in the memory of her son through the stories that many of his friends have shared and continue to share with her. One thing for certain: He had a big personality, a big heart, a big voice and big faith, which he maintained all the way to the end, posting to his Facebook page, “God Got Me" only hours before his passing. We want to remember Rick for all of the lives he has touched and all of the smiles he was responsible for.

Ms. Stephanie cared for Rick through his sickness, oftentimes sacrificing a lot. Now it’s time for us to sow into Ms. Stephanie and to make sure she knows that WE GOT HER so that she can properly lay her beloved “Big Rick” to rest.
